HEDIS Measures and Reaching 5 Stars
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) IDENTIFY the 10 HEDIS measures; 2) ILLUSTRATE how we are able to reach five stars; 3) OUTLINE the three part D HEDIS measures and how they are weighted; 4) ELABORATE on the Diabetic Eye Exam and how to satisfy this measure; 5) DETERMINE the importance of the Dexa scan and the timeline on it; 6) LIST the resources for the providers to meet these HEDIS measures. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
