Baker Act and Marchman Act
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) DISCUSS Florida's mental health law "The Baker Act"; 2) DESCRIBE the Baker Act applications and questions specific to ER's and general hospitals; 3) MANAGE risk of violence due to mental illness. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
