Evidence-Based Medicine
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) DEFINE evidence-based medicine; 2) EXPLAIN levels of evidence, and recognize at least two models of LOE; 3) LIST the five step model of practicing evidence based medicine; 4) RELATE the practice of EBM to lifelong learning; 5) FORMULATE a clinical question and LOCATE several EBM subscription databases and tools to answer that question. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
