1) OUTLINE an iterative faculty development process to guide community-based faculty in ensuring medical students are well prepared for residency; 2) CLARIFY the difference between professionalism and professional identity formation; 3) INTRODUCE the concept of Entrustable Professional Activities for medical student education.
