Caring for and Teaching Your Students About Older Patients
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to: • IDENTIFY key issues in the care of older patients for which the physician’s collaboration with an attorney serving the older individual patient might be advantageous; • SYNTHESIZE opportunities for interprofessional collaboration on behalf of the older patient, and how to utilize those resources; • DESCRIBE various resources to facilitate interprofessional collaboration on behalf of the older patient, and how to utilize those resources.
