The Role of Health Care Providers in Addressing the Childhood Obesity Epidemic

At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:

1) DESCRIBE factors underlying the childhood obesity epidemic from a socio-ecological perspective; 2) LIST AAP recommendations to health providers for the prevention and management of childhood obesity. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
