Family Medicine Education Director Meeting
At the conclusion, participants should be able to:
1) EXPLAIN the curriculum updates; 2) ASSESS the student's clinical performance including oral presentation, written notes, clinical reasoning and cultural competence; 3) DISCUSS issues regarding student's demonstration of professional responsibility; 4) DISCUSS methods for Point of Care teaching, including strategies in busy clinical settings; 5) REVIEW the components of grading for the Family Medicine Clerkship, including clinical performance, documentation of participation in clinical activities, shelf exam and project performance; 6) DISCUSS faculty resources needed for participation in clerkship teaching role.
