At the conclusion, the participant should be able to: Identify areas of their respective curricula that are working well as well as areas that need enhancement. Identify strengths and weakness of the FSUCOM curriculum relative to preparation of graduates to be successful in their chosen residencies. Describe the current status of the curriculum revision process and the guiding principles that influence the revision. Identify the current status of the new FSU COM residency programs. Summarize the feedback clerkship faculty, clerkship directors, and education directors are providing based on their use of the new competency based student assessment instrument. Summarize the feedback regarding student strengths and weaknesses based in the most current Administration of the Formative Objective Structured Exam (FOSE). Describe the current status of the clinical education program at the Immokalee training site and plans for future educational programming. Describe results of the Diversity and Inclusion Survey recently administered to faculty, staff, and students at FSU COM. Describe present clerkship director duties and future changes that may need to be initiated to enhance the clinical education program for students.
