To provide the audience a better understanding of how certain disease states which would traditionally be managed in an operating room setting can now feasibly be managed in an office based setting 2. To provide the audience information on how to best decide which of the various tools/techniques may be best for their patients that deal with posterior nasal nerve dysfunction
