Culture Change Needs for Faculty Vitality, Diversity and Equity
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) DESCRIBE several dimensions of the culture of academic medicine through review of qualitative data from C-Chnage national studies of faculty; 2) IDENTIFY the impact of organizational culture on diverse groups of faculty at academic medical center. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
