At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) DESCRIBE how Emotional Intelligence(EI)is different from IQ; 2) LIST the 5 key componeints of EI; 3) STATE the challenges in measuring EI; 4) APPLY EI to your own work as a teacher, clinician, mentor. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
