Jenna Coleman is MECOP’s executive director and oversees the success of each CME program with partner organizations. Jenna is integrally involved with hospital CME and Quality Improvement committees to ensure that CME activities are designed to link quality improvement to education. Jenna also works to ensure the success of each CME symposium through collaboration with key stakeholders, researching and writing medical education grants and conducting needs assessments so that conference objectives can be tailored to the audience’s needs.
Jenna received a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in public relations and a master’s degree from the University of West Florida in communication with a certification in health ethics. She also recently received the CCMEP designation (Certified Continuing Medical Education Professional) from NC-CME and is currently working towards a master’s degree in public health at the University of West Florida.
