Referrals for Orthopedic Surgery/Borderline Personality Disorder/DSM Criteria/Neoplasms/Polyneuropathy/Quality Program Guidelines/Advanced Frailty Exclusions/New Medication Re
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) INFORM the team of the proper and updated way to submit for approval prior to referring for Orthopedic surgery; 2) OUTLINE Borderline Personality Disorder, and the nine traits associated with it; 3) NOTATE the 4 parts of the human psyche: perception, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; 4) DESCRIBE the DSM criteria; 5) REVIEW our quality objectives for the month: neoplasms, polyneuropathy in other diseases, disorder of arteries and arterioles, and the Quality Program Guidelines; 6) COMPARE active, remission, and history of neoplasms; 7) DETAIL the advanced illness and Frailty exclusions, as well as new medication recalls.
