1) REVIEW embryology of lung and origin of various congenital lung lesions; 2) DISCUSS the clinical spectrum of congenital lung lesions; 3) PROVIDE an overview of changes in nomenclature; 4) REVIEW selected congenital cystic lung diseases and controversies in their management.
