Objectives:
1. SUMMARIZE the approach to diagnosis of inherited and acquired bone marrow failure;
2. DISCUSS the approach to treatment of inherited and acquired bone marrow failure;
3. RECOGNIZE the role of allogenic stem cell transplant in treatment of selected bone marrow failure syndromes;
4. DISCUSS experimental therapies for bone marrow failure syndromes.
