Reducing Excessive Variability in Infant Sepsis Evaluation (REVISE): A National Quality Improvement Collaborative Project
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) DISCUSS the background underlying the quality improvement projects purpose; 2) INTRODUCE the QI project's aim and timeline; 3) EXPLAIN the metric of the QI project and the underlying supporting evidence towards each metrics target; 4) REVIEW the proposed algorithm towards handling well-appearing febrile neonates from 7-28 days of age and well-appearing febrile infants from 29-60 days of age; 5) HIGHLIGHT how baseline data and interventional data will be collected and analyzed.
