At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:

1) DISCUSS the ability to make snap decisions and the role of snap decisions in the workplace; 2) DISCUSS the ability to improve one's snap decision making/improvisation skills. Is this possible? Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
