The goal of this session is to enhance your knowledge of the importance of accurate and complete documentation requirements for the ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding of the patient’s presented conditions with thorough evidence and chart review. There will be discussions on CMS-HCC risk adjustment coding and best practices for coding and documentation as it pertains to assessing conditions that fall into the CMS-HCC categories.
