Prevention of Vascular Disease and Medicare Risk Adjustment
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) CITE how to identify and treat vascular disease; 2) CITE how to identify and treat co-morbid conditions associated with vascular disease: DM, Morbid Obesity; 3) DEMONSTRATE how to properly document per Medicare guidelines; 4) OUTLINE how to lock notes in a timely manner. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
