Improving Communication Among Healthcare Providers
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to: 1) Improve communication for the betterment of resident education and safe patient care;
2) Concisely summarize concerns; 3) Actively listen to information communicated by other healthcare providers; 4) Assertively yet professionally communicate concerns that are not being adequately addressed.
Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
