At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) DISCUSS purpose and opportunities with regards to the flextime rotation; 2) DISCUSS the material available to the students and where to find the resources; 3) EXPLAIN the importance of the evaluation form and the importance of written feedback; 4) DISCUSS the competency learning cycle.
