1. The participant will discuss the Pediatric Clerkship Inpatient and Outpatient Competencies as it relates to outcome-based educational program objectives. (LCME standard 6) 2. The participant will discuss comparability of education and assessment across campuses. (LCME Standard 8) 3. The participant will discuss student documentation in patient records in general and as it relates to new guidelines from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). 4. The participant will discuss opportunities to review student feedback and utilize feedback for program review and revision. (LCME standard 8) 5. The participant will be invited to discuss adverse childhood experiences (ACES) and lifelong consequences of trauma, & challenging and/or interesting patient cases with colleagues.
