Three Decades of Mentoring Minority Students, Faculty and Residents
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) IDENTIFY best practices for mentoring minority leaders; 2) LIST the characteristics of the ideal mentor/mentee relationship; 3) DESCRIBE how mentoring learners has changed over the last 30 years;
4) DEMONSTRATE mentor/mentee relationship expectations and obligations; 6) IDENTIFY unique characteristics of mentorship for minority leaders.
