Primary Care Management of Pediatric Depression
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) IDENTIFY most common presentations of the depression spectrum in children and adolescents;
2) DESCRIBE present guidelines for the diagnosis, assessment and management of pediatric depression in primary care (PC); 3) DESCRIBE most common pharmacotherapy and psychosocial approaches to treatment; 4) LIST most common Comorbidities and their management;
5) IDENTIFY and DECREASE the barriers to treatment of pediatric depression in primary care.
