Drawing on three decades of surgical experience, this session will provide practical insights into transoral tumor removal. Faculty will share key lessons learned, technical refinements, and strategies to optimize visualization, safety, and outcomes in transoral approaches. Participants will be able to: 1. Describe the evolution of transoral tumor removal techniques over the past 30 years. 2. Identify common challenges and complications encountered during transoral tumor surgery and strategies to avoid them. 3.
