ECMS Dinner Meeting

At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:

1) DESCRIBE the problems surrounding misuse, abuse, and diversion; 2) REVIEW brief history of narcotics laws; 3) EMPHASIZE aspects of the CSA 1970; 4) REITERATE the DEA position on prescribing; 5) RECOGNIZE state law and medical board regulations may be more restrictive than federal law and regulations.
