CMS Monthly Provider Meeting

This live videoconference provides a team opportunity to discuss openly with all of our providers ways that we can improve our care.  In this session, we discussed new clinic openings, nursing turnover and nursing interactions. We discussed CORE 4 which provides our providers with a list of goals for 2025. We also discussed recent dosing data trends and how those trends effect outcomes.  We outline opportunities for providers to partner with and train up nurses.  Additionally, we will open this meeting to nurses in an effort to improve collaboration and teamwork.
