At the conclusion, the participants should be able to:
1)DESCRIBE the importance of non-technical skills and process design in patient safety; 2)DESCRIBE how to identify defensive barriers and types of breaches; 3)EXPLAIN high reliability team training. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
