Florida Combined Otolaryngology Meeting 2024 – Q&A Session: Education and Tools to Implement in Practices

This will be an interactive Q&A session about how to successfully implement an onboarding program for new providers. We will discuss training, oversight, and what tools to provide them with to assist them while they are onboarding. By the end of this session attendees will have a general idea of how to implement a training program for onboarding new providers to an organization.
