Demonstrate competency in facial anatomy as it pertains to placement of botulinium toxin and filler. Demonstrate competence in neurotoxin and filler. Perform proper placement and injection of neurotoxin and filler for glabella, frontalis and crow's feet, as well as cheeks, lips and nasolabial folds.
