Combining SMAS and Deep Plane Techniques to Maximize Vectors in Facelift Surgery

Multivector approach to aging face surgery results in a a more natural, long lasting improvement. This talk will feature a current technique which combines traditional SMAS dissection with deep plane component to maximize results. Attendees of this session will be able to: 1. Discuss the effectiveness of adding deep plane dissection and tissue rearrangement to standard SMAS techniques. 2. Describe standard SMAS techniques. 3.
