At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) CONVEY the effects of propofol on postural stability and how results may vary between patients; 2) DISCUSS kinetics between S-phase markers that have potential for cancer therapeutics; 3) EXAMINE the expression of long noncoding RNA TUG1 which is known to repress the response of classically activated macrophages to lipopolysaccharides in the classically activated macrophage. More specifically, compare the expression of TUG1 in classically activated macrophages, alternatively activated macrophages and myelin-laden macrophages; 4) DESCRIBE the molecular pathogenesis of Alzheimer's Disease and how extracellular vesicles potentially play a role or could be used as a diagnostic marker for the disease in the future. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
