SHH Pediatric Grand Rounds
Medical Reform: Understanding the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) Managed Medical Assistance Program (MMA)
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) DESCRIBE the general concept of the Medicaid Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) Program; 2) BE AWARE of the different MMA standard (non-specialty) as well as the MMA specialty plans in the different regions; 3) BE KNOWLEDGEABLE regarding Children's Medical Services (CMS) and it's role as an MMA specialty plan. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
