Hospice & End of Life
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) RECOGNIZE the warning signs of declining health; 2) RECOGNIZE the red flags for end of life; 3) BE AWARE of appropriateness of hospice referral; 4) DISCUSS hospice services in the community. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
