Sepsis: A Ticking Time Bomb
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) DEFINE Sepsis and Sepsis related clinical conditions; 2) PROVIDE a brief overview of the role of inflammation and inflammatory mediators in Sepsis; 3) PROVIDE a brief overview of the initial management strategy for Sepsis; 4) EXPLAIN the importance of early recognition of Sepsis. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
