At the conclusion of this meeting, the participant should be able to: 1)Discuss the outcome measures of student performance at the COM 2)See how the students evaluate faculty 3)Discover what a competency-based curriculum is, and how it can be used 4)Recall the level of student participation desired and procedures done 5)Become more familiar with the required student evidence-based paper 6)Offer any suggestions for improvement of the course 7)Raise other pertinent issues. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
