At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) GAIN insight about their own understanding of how the legal environment influences their medical practice; 2. AWARE of the signals they are sending to students regarding their own decisions made in response to potential legal consequences; 3) DESCRIBE how good risk management practices can be consistent with good ethical practices; 4) ENHANCE their ability to model and teach students how to reconcile good risk management practices and good medical practice.
