At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) LIST reasons to use handouts;
2) IDENTIFY considerations for selecting appropriate handouts; 3) LOCATE Handouts and Videos; 4) ASSESS the Readability with Word; 5) TRANSLATE a handout to a different language; 6) ENCOURAGE students to find appropriate handouts/Patient Ed materials.
Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
