FSU-Clerkship Director’s Conference

At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:

1) IDENTIFY areas of their experience curricula that are working well as well as areas that need enhancement; 2) IDENTIFY strengths and weakness of the FSUCOM curriculum relative to preparation of graduates to be successful in their chosen residencies; 3) DESCRIBE the current status of the curriculum revision process and the guiding principles that influence the revision; 4) IDENTIFY the current status of new FSUCOM residency programs; 5) SUMMARIZE the feedback clerkship faculty, clerkship directors, and education directors are providing based on their use of the new comptetency based student assessment instrument; 6) SUMMARIZE the feedback regarding student strengths and weaknesses based on the most current. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
