Case Presentation: When Parents and Providers Don't Agree on What is "Best"

At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) DISCUSS the increasing incidence of newer infectious diseases seen in Florida, including Chikungunya, Dengue, West Nile Virus and others; 2) LIST the clinical manifestations and appropriate initial diagnostic testing for these diseases; 3) DESCRIBE the role of county health departments and the Bureau of Public Health Laboratories in identification of these diseases; 4) DISCUSS and ANSWER common concerns from patients regarding these diseases. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
