The Moderator will present the Panel with questions concerning the macro story of Physician Payment (PP).  The audience should gain insight into the thought process of the ENT Leaders concerning PP. The audience should have a better understanding about the economic impact of Physician Consolidation into larger Private Practices groups\, both Physician owned as well as Private Equity.\nThe Audience will then have opportunity to submit questions directly to our Panelists.\nThis unique opportunity to learn how PP is determined\, as well as how the Academy Leadership recommends\, will prepare us to sustain our independent practice. \nThe Objectives of this session are: \n1.
